Brothers Jesse and Jackson trucked to every farmer’s market on the east coast to sell their family’s award-winning dressings. Everywhere they went, people were struggling with the same issue. Everyone wanted to be healthy and fit, but they couldn’t find ways to eat fresh greens in a quick, convenient, and yes, tasty way.
The brothers made the ultimate life decision to reconnect people to the fresh food they craved. They would source farm fresh produce, bring out the flavours further with their family’s award-winning dressing, and serve it fresh in a beautiful, relaxed venue. Jan, their mum and an experienced restauranteur, jumped in to help bring their vision to life.
The first Greenstreat opened in their hometown Albury in 2018, inviting a line around the block. Every store that opened since has drawn a loyal following of people who share their commitment to a healthier, happier lifestyle. This is just the happy beginning as the brothers have their eyes set on treating the world to the freshest, tastiest greens.
Put people first
We do business differently. We put each other, guests, suppliers, and our community first – profits follow. We share our love for healthy eating and regular exercise because we believe it’s the foundation of a good life.
Connect to food source
Fresh produce is our hero. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to bring you the freshest produce, picked at the right time for maximum flavour and nutrition. We make every meal to order, at its peak freshness.
Satisfy with flavour in every bite
Our meals always deeply satisfy, with sensational flavour and nutrition in every bite. Our green chefs take inspiration from seasonal produce as well as diverse cuisines that make up the Australian food scene.
Have some fun
We make sure our guests leave feeling better than they came in. We always greet you with a warm smile, are ready to throw a banter, and toss an awesome salad just for you. Did we mention we love a bit of theatre?
Dare to do new things
Things can always be better. We will never stop improving to create the best experience – that includes menu, promotions,
and technology. If it doesn’t work, we learn and move on.
Love our backyard
We feel a deep gratitude to our beautiful surroundings. We are not perfect, but we strive to do what’s right for our environment, every step of the way.
